Quality Control Technician
Salary: $21.00 - $26.00
Flexible Hours: Monday - Thursday (12:00pm - 10:30pm) or (1:00pm - 11:30pm)

As the Quality Control Technician, you will be testing, inspecting, and approving all incoming raw materials, in-process materials, and final materials according to established standards. You will be required to follow standard operating procedures and correctly disposition materials appropriately and on time. Your attention to detail and analytical thinking is crucial for this position as you will record, utilize, and maintain quality information in a database regarding batches and schedules.

NON-EXEMPT
Medical: 4 Options offered through Cigna, 2 HDHP with different networks, 1 copay plan,
1 HDHP with an HRA.
Dental: offered through Cigna

401k: offered through Empower, match of 50% up to 6% (Team member puts in 6%,
Sashco will match up to 3%)
HSA (Health Savings Account): through Optum Bank: HSA funds can be used to pay
for qualified out-of-pocket medical expenses and qualified dental and vision expenses,
Sashco will match up to $500 annually.
HRA (Health Reimbursement Account): through Garner, this is a $2500/$5000 HRA.
LTD/STD- (Long Term & Short-Term Disability): offered through Mutual of Omaha
offers supplemental income due to being out of work due to accident or illness.

Life AD&D: offered through Mutual of Omaha: All eligible team members are provided
basic life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance for $25,000.00.
Life AD&D is paid for by Sashco.

Accident Insurance – helps offset the unexpected medical expenses, such as emergency

lump sum benefit that you can use to pay the direct and indirect costs related to a
covered critical illness, which can often be expensive and length.

Vacation and sick time are all included in PTO. We are closed Christmas Eve –

Thanksgiving, Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and a
Floating holiday to be used at any time.

Tuition Reimbursement Program: up to $2000 per year for qualified team members.
Wellness Incentive Program: This program changes annually but it is designed each
